Product Details:

Roller bits are primarily used in rotary bored pile core barrels, such as core barrels with roller bits, cross cutter core barrels, double-layer or triple-layer core barrels, and other specialized designs. Compared to round shank chisels (tungsten carbide bullet teeth), roller bits offer significantly higher cutter strength, cutting efficiency, and wear resistance. As a result, core barrels equipped with roller bits are far more suitable for coring hard rock in bored pile foundation applications.
